Whose got the body and whose got the brain I’ll take your blood and I’ll kill my pain You are the one that I desire, you are the dark I’m the vampireWearing The winter air bit violently at his face. The air didn’t bother him, but made his hair move and dance. His smoldering greenish-yellow eyes were glued on the herd of deer. He had waited too long this time. Bailey had been visting him more and more and his time with Jax had left little time to actually go to the night clubs and feed. He hated animal blood but he needed the kill. He needed to feel the life drain from his victims. He wouldn't do that to a human...not if he could help it.
Their scent over-powered his senses. He was so hungry and even the animals smelled good to him. He crouched low, ready to pounce on the nearest buck. Silently, he moved closer, ready to feast on the majestic creature. Like lightening he sprang up, growling like an animal. Hunger burned in the back of his throat. As the burning increased, so did the darkness of his eyes. His eyes spotted his prey, grazing.
His skills as a hunter were excellent. He would not miss. He landed on the buck, knocking it from its footing. Both tumbled to the ground hard. The lean brunette snapped the buck’s neck in one quick jerk. It let out a final guttural groan as death to control and the life faded from the poor creature. Seizing the beat’s neck, he bit down hard piercing the tender fur covered skin with his fangs. Chewing slightly, to increase the blood flow he growled deeply. The animal’s blood gushed into his mouth. He swallowed the thick crimson greedily. He gripped the deer in an iron vice. His strong hand didn’t release until the creature was nothing but a dry husk of its former self.
He lifted his head with a satisfied gasp. The hunger he once felt was eased for the moment. But he could still feel the burn in the back of his throat. It was no longer agonizing, but still burned deep within him. The herd had scattered as he had taken the leader, which meant the hunt was still on.

She didn’t know the reason for her midnight excursion ok so she was dumb, she had lost track of time cooped finishing some work. She had been doing a term paper and had stepped out to get some fresh air only to realize that it was getting dark. Hurrying she had grabbed her lap top and her notebook and rushed from the library almost like she was fleeing from something chasing her. Stepping down the alley she wrapped her arms around her frail frame. She had only gotten skinnier since she had moved here; the eating disorder had taken its toll on her along with her meeting with Marshall. She hadn’t been able to forget such a thing and this of all the times was not a time to be thinking of it. Better yet as she darted into the forest following a dear path that took her right to the door of the dorm she realized that out here she was far from anyone, help or hinder. But she felt as though at this moment right now she was closer to a hindrance than meeting someone that meant her no harm.
Slipping her messenger bag over her head she secured it across her chest as she pulled at the sleeves of her black shirt, the green stitching stood out and the black stood out against the pale white of her neck and the tops of her breasts, the black neckline plunging down. When she had left the house this morning she would have never thought of wearing a high necked shirt it was such a nice day out. But as she followed the path through the dimly lit forest she found herself longing for the safety of such a commodity. Something she didn’t have in her possession at that time.
Whipping her head around to the left the sharp cold wind caught her soft brown locks as it swirled it around her face. Smelling the sweet smell of her shampoo she glared off into the darkness hearing twigs cracking as she saw three deer bounding toward her crossing the path about thirty feet from her and then disappearing into the bush in a hurried silence. She glanced at the direction they had come and figured that it was the wind that had spooked them and caused the sudden panic. Turning back to the task at hand her fingers clutched the cuffs of her shirt her nails almost digging into her palms of her hands as she pushed the hair from her face and kept her steps moving at a constant brisk pace. The faster she was out of this darkness and forest and into her dorm room the better.

I got what you want, Its just... Don't stopWearing The smell of the deers were over powering his senses. He needed to kill. He had bottled up his vampiric rage for too long. Merely leaving his donors alive, was not enough at this moment. He needed to hear the last breath, the last chocked groan and the last struggling heartbeat. He growled loudly into the night air. The monster he had feared most, was coming to the surface. Deep down he actually enjoyed it.
He ran quickly after the fleeing herd. He would kill them all to satisfy his lust. Not one of them would survive the night. He could imagine his teeth piercing their tender flesh. He could hear them struggle in his head and give him their precious blood. The unbidden thoughts made his mouth water. He hated the blood of animals, but it was safer to kill them than humans. His conscious could not take a human life on his hands.
Suddenly the wind brought the sweetest scent to his nose. He gasped a loud. It was human. So soft and sweet. He closed his greenish-yellow eyes and let out a moan. His mind was too taken over by the beast inside him to stop himself. He wanted the human. He wanted to kill the human. The deers no longer pulled his senses and lead his feet. The human now did. He ran in the direction of the sweet sweet smell. He growled again, thinking how perfect it was. How delicious the kill would taste.
Crouching low he finally spotted his prey. It was a young girl. He smirked and sniffed the air again. So soft and innocent. He couldn't stop imagining what it would be like to take her. To feel her struggled against him, as he took the warm crimson from her neck. His eyes were mad with hunger and need. She was heading back to campus. He couldn't let her leave. No! If she did he would not be able to follow. He ran as fast as he could to catch up and pounce. Luka moved at lightening speed. To the poor human girl, she would not see him coming. He was far to quick for human eyes.
He gauged his distance and leaped up into the air. If he had timed this just right, he would knock her to the ground. Once there, he would take what he wanted. His rational mind was not completely gone. The only thing that remained was instinct. And his instinct thought only to kill.
