How Helena had ended up in detention she didn’t really understand. All she had done was walk into class and the teacher had shouted at her to go to detention. She had just walked into the damn class! Though, she had skipped her last five detentions in a row, all from the same teacher. That and she had walked into the class a half hour late, wearing ripped jeans and a A&X tank top with a black zip up hoodie over-top halfway zipped up, and she had on heavy black eye shadow. Really, it wasn’t that bad. Though she had been hugging people right outside the door before she walked in, and then she had yelled ‘HI! THE PUMPKIN DIDN’T CRASH!’ as she walked in. Though she didn’t see how that could make her be sent to detention, she had hugged the teacher also after all! What was so wrong about that? Helena really just didn’t understand people sometimes.
She slid her feet as she walked to the room marked ‘DETENTION’, sometimes changing it up and skipping, then going back to sliding, and then jumping up and spinning around in a circle. Normally, when she was sent to detention, she didn’t go, but she figured she might as well actually go this time. She had already skipped the last five times that she was supposed to go. She probably shouldn’t skip anymore. Not that that normally stopped her though.
Sighing softly, she scanned the hallway as she continued to walk, or skip, or hop, or slid, or do whatever the hell she was doing. There wasn’t anyone else in the hallways with her, so she couldn’t hug anyone, or talk to them. it was not nice, people were suppose to be there just so she could talk to them! Didn’t they know this? Pfft. Everyone should know that they need to let her hug them, or just give her coffee, that’s always good. Helena let her mind wander as she made her way to the room, thinking about anything and everything, from coffee to boys to a certain vampire to her brothers (which she quickly tried to forget about) to sleeping.
Finally, she reached her destination. She jumped right in front of the door, before swinging it open. “I’M HEERREEE!” she half-sung half-yelled. “And the marshmellow goblin kind didn’t scare me away.” she added, with a small nod. She didn’t know who she was talking to because she was only looking straight ahead of her, and she didn’t see anyone there, and she didn’t bother to actually look around and try to find anyone. It was detention, she could care less.

--- And she chose a yard to burn but the ground remembers her her children stir her Bougainvillea blooms.
[/b] You can't be serious. Detention? Lukas rolled his eyes, ignoring the voice in his head for whatever number of times it had been today. Who's ever heard of a vampire hearing voices? Sometimes he was severly worried something was wrong with him, barr the obvious vampiric ways and over active sex life. Chewing on his bottom lip he groaned, already annoyed and not even in the room. There was something about detention that got to him. He wasn't sure if it was the small room or the dodgy people, but the mere thought made him want to break out in hives. Trudging through the empty halls he skimmed his nail along the wall, taking off flakes of the brick as he did so leaving a red trail of brick dust on the floor. Everyone would know where he'd been, and that thought made him smirk. Outside the Detention room he sighed, annoyed and grumbling. He felt strangely irritated, and he had to physically fight the urge to turn round and run away. Leaning close he listened, making sure there was no one in there just in case he did decide to run. He heard a slight noise, a girlish voice and immeadiatly his mood uplifted. Girls always made him feel better. They were great and so easy to prey on in every sense. Smirking he swaggered in, popping his head round the door with an inquisitive look. He saw Helena, standing there with her back to him and her mind obviously oblivious. He smirked, moving silently and almost too fast for her to notice. He grabbed her from behind, clinching her lightly and brushing against her neck with his lips. He lowered his voice so she wouldn't know it was him, happy to play with her because he knew she could take it. "You smell great." He dug his nails lightly into her hips, not hurting her but enough to let his friend know he was there. His nails were slightly dusty from the bricks he'd been scraping, and when he clutched her his nails left a small red dust on her black shirt. If this had been any other girl he wouldn't have been so forward, but he'd known Helena for an age now, and despite the obvious difference between them both, he couldn't help but feel at ease with her enough to play with her. To him she was like a real friend something he had never really had. Smirking again he whispered in her ear, in his best most humourous draculaesque voice. "I'm going to suck yooour blooooooood!" After waiting a slight pause after she spoke, Helena let her eyes scan the room. No one. Seriously? They send her to detention and the damn teacher isn’t even here? Oh well, it was their fault anyways, not here. And a fault that she liked very much, she wasn’t very fond of teachers, they were always so…mean…to her at least. The room being absent of people for the moment was about the only thing Helena actually noticed, she wasn’t exactly what you would call the most observant person in the world anyway, so it was no surprise that she didn’t hear the door open…or someone come up behind her.
She might not have heard someone come in, but she felt it. A small yelp escaped her lips when she felt some grab her. She had not been expecting that at all. A shiver went down her spine when she felt something brush up against her neck. Helena didn’t know exactly who it was yet, since she hadn’t turned around at all, but she knew who she hoped it was. She’d be in deep shit if it was someone else though. But this is Helena, so she was going to believe that better of the two options. Hearing his voice, and feeling nails dig into her hips, she smiled. ”Hmm, I do? Too bad I’m not on the menu today.”
Helena let out a few chuckles at his voice, it was just funny. ”I would like to see you try that one.” she told him. She could go up against…just about no one, but she was bit more…violent when people tried to suck her blood. Turning around, she threw her arms around Lukas. He wasn’t getting out of a hug, no one (except for really scary looking vampires *cough*marshal*cough*) got out of one of her hugs. You were normally lucky if she didn’t jump on you, which she probably would have done if she hadn’t been so close to him. Reluctantly, Helena pulled her arms away, ending the hug.
